Everyone who thinks it's okay to destroy someone's career over Wrong Opinions so long as it's true that they actually hold those opinions is in the fucking wrong.

This is a reason why I'll never trust in someone who puts in their blog "this blog is anti-nazi". They don't add nothing saying they're anti-nazi because, with the benefit of teaching good history, being anti-nazi is something obvious, something any standard citizen should be. Obviously one should be concerned with the resurgence of neonazis, but it concerns me that people are more concerned with the idea of nazism, it's not represented by a real person but an idea, and an idea that's hidden everywhere and it's the duty of a crusader to put an end on it. This shows how these people would be far too eager to join a totalitarian secret police given the opportunity (after all, belonging to a secret police gives money, power and privileges to them) because this is many senses the world OP is in, because, well, her fear seems valid.
