The problem is I see people use that to generalize all men who dare exhibit any kind of natural heterosexual traits. For instance, in the original Tomb Raider games as well as the Legend Trilogy, I enjoy Lara Croft for her wise cracking attitude, her cleverness and resourcefulness in dangerous situations, her cavalier approach to all that and her obviously years of well trained athleticism tells you she has a level of discipline and determination most people only wished they had But as soon as I mention that I find her butt to be quite attractive, everything I like about her personality is thrown out the window because now I supposedly think of her as some kind of object and not as a person with any of the qualities I just described. It's a frustrating argument that tries to paint men who can appreciate a female character for her appearance, as much as her personality, as something that should be demonized and look down upon and it's just something I never liked.
