Basically, everything we see in this anime, other than the cells being anime characters and the environments being based on the real world, happens in our bodies since the moment of our birth. I can’t wait to see what’ll happen if they encounter AIDS, which is a virus that shuts down the immune system and makes the white blood cells weaker to invasions.
