So I get that Mario lost weight to make himself slimmer and slender but… how'd he get rid of the nose? Just saying; big noses don't go away because you lost weight. Did he get plastic surgery or something?

Or is this comic implying that his nose/mustache were fake the entire time and just an accessory plastered onto his face?
