Correct me and down vote me if I'm wrong about this but I believe it's due to Fox being a conservative news station. I am guessing due to the nature of this meme being" everyone who doesn't like what I like is an npc". This person is trying to show that Fox News is the only news source which can be trusted because liberal news is brainwashing of the "evil government" which I find ironic due to republicans controlling the majority.
