This tells us that the supposed writer of this has a mother who found a sock filled with feces. This is funny because we can now imply that the writer may have mental disorders that would have caused them to put feces in a sock. This also explains why the meme format isn't being used properly due to the writer's poor cognative ability-like that of a child
