Anybody who hasn't played Xenoblade Chronicles, but have played Super Smash Bros 3DS and Wii U would have been spoiled anyway. There's a full trophy page about Mechon Fiora, how she was salvaged, turned into a Mechon, had a machine goddess implanted in her head, which turned out to be on her side and regained her body and mind. Left out the part where

Shulk kisses Fiora once she comes back and Fiora's as strong as Shulk, having a Monado of her own.
