You know normally the people who make the comics that look like this are way over the top in portraying things but uh… well when the voting rights act expired, the supreme court voted NOT to reinstate it. So it's kinda… yeah. Don't forget how Georgia purged like a good half of its voter registration records and becasue the courts that order the Government to do something about it don't actually… FORCE them to do anything because there's no actual consequence to ignoring the order when you're politically strong enough, apparently, it's just… it just gets worse the more you look into this.

I dunno man, it's just REALLY hard to defend actions that say "The best way for us to win is for LESS people to exercise their right to vote."
