There is a profound difference between those two, and failing to perceive that distinction is pernicious. That's why you'll rarely see a male superhero without pants 943 J. Like… as its own thing, the design isn't really that bad. Pretty decent shape if you want a girl with a larger body-type.

But why give it to the character with wind powers? You'd want to give them long, flowing hair and clothes. While making them either thin or really short to make them appear light.

You have their appearance help convey who they are and what they do. I don't even know jack about the character or She-ra in general, that's just character design 101.
