Like… as its own thing, the design isn't really that bad. Pretty decent shape if you want a girl with a larger body-type.

But why give it to the character with wind powers? You'd want to give them long, flowing hair and clothes. While making them either thin or really short to make them appear light.

You have their appearance help convey who they are and what they do. I don't even know jack about the character or She-ra in general, that's just character design 101.

Maybe she got overweight because she uses her powers to go everywhere.
