Here's some context.

Condition" is the unofficial term the English wiki* uses for the what the OCG unofficially refers to as "Non-Effect Text". They can't be negated because they aren't effects. It can get a little confusing because there are Effect Monsters with only non-effect text (eg: Cyber Harpie Lady, Elemental HERO Mudballman). Which isn't to be confused with non-Effect Monsters like Gem-Knight Pearl or Magician of Black Chaos.

The cards in panel 3 are Embodiment of Apophis and Elemental HERO Neos Alius. The "This card is treated as a Normal Monster..." effect of Gemini monsters can be negated and they will be treated as Effect Monsters. Ha Des can refer to both Dark Ruler Ha Des or the synchro version.

That BLS in the last panel is a reference to the special prize card given to the winner of the first nationwide Yugioh tournament in Japan, held in 1999. Aside from the distinction of being a vanilla version of BLS, a Ritual Monster, it's illegal to play, probably less because it's the only one of its kind in the world, and more because it was printed on a card made of stainless steel. Imagine handing your deck to your opponent to cut with this card in it.
