Well, it'll be a false alarm once all the blogs who want to stay on Tumblr get restored, and that's assuming most of them will. If most ex-Tumblr artists have already got a new home on the internet that they like more, then they might just stay there. And if the process of restoring their account is too long and complicated for their liking, then that might also mean the panic should continue.
