Fallout 76 - No Todds, No Masters, only Mods

I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible.
I chose… West Virginia.
A city where Vault dwellers can kill each other; where the people can kill mutated animals and people whenever they like; where humans would not be constrained by supermutants!
And with the bullet of your guns, West Virginia can become your city as well.
