As Misspelled Tiger said, there was an episode where Hugh ended up in possession of a remote controller that could rewind time and he ended up getting the entire town to form a mob against him due to his antics. Among which a woman complains that he "made her experience the miracle of childbirth over and over and over again".

Other things he did where, for example, rewind himself after eating an ice cream cone so that he could eat it again immediately after. Much to the disgust of everyone else in the shop who had to watch the ice cream go back out every time he rewinded.

Truly, Hugh is an unstoppable force of chaos if left unchecked.
