They seem to be the only fringe group that is super self deprecating like calling themselves weeabo trash or saying anime was a mistake lol. I almost want to get a waifu pillow as a joke but I'm afraid nobody will get the joke but me. Then you get deeper and deeper and you realize, you've become one of them. A joke has become your reality, you know anime is mistake, you've seen things, you can't believe you became a weabo, you know weabos are garbage, you are one and your garbage, imagine the OTHERS. So you stay up to date, you embrace the weeb, you understand anime was a mistake, you know your trash, and that's why being a weeb is where you belong. So stop, don't, it doesn't have to be like this. It starts as a joke, and then the joke becomes more intricate you never stop making fun of weebs, but you eventually cross that threshold and one day you say "Ha, I'm gonna buy this 300 dollar 14 inch evangelism statue for a JOKE." And you just become lucid again, and you realize what has happened.
