Confusion vs Anger

Eh, bit of an exaggeration. Most of 3's plot is just wrapping up the previous games. Most of the "confusing" stuff is just obvious tie-ins to the phone game and movie stuff that's apparently going to be the next major plot.

So yeah, someone relatively new to the series would be confused, but anyone that's followed along should have an easier time compared to any other game.
