Bring Back National Dex - "new" animations

Okay, I'm relatively fine with reusing animations. That's pretty much what I've been asking that they do for all of the pokemon not in SwSh. I think they're largely enough to at least be a passing grade for them all.

But when a deliberate, main character is using the same animations of the last character in his role, I'm sorry, there is no excuse to at least use the same old animations.
