Where's that Framed Plaque that Ash keeps all his Frontier Symbols on that circle over the Battle Frontier Logo?

Why does everyone keep hyping up the completely made up League that was used as filler until Gold and Silver released? at least Battle Frontier was more impressive because it was Post-Game content instead of the much easier Elite Four
