These posters are mostly mocked or memed on the boards /bant/ /pol/ and /int/ which I suppose it's basically all the boards that allow you to see the users' flags.
The Canadian flag in itself is a meme, often considered a Honorary Memeflag on /pol/

On my personal experiences, all the Aussies that I've seen, are indeed shitposters. Their reputation is legit.
There are a lot of Canadians users, I've seen good and bad ones. Actually smart and clever, even friendly Canucks…. however the vast majority deserve the jokes and the memes they get.. lol
