That's about only the 1st part of the story. The 2nd part is Mandark trying to beat the kaiju and failing and the Heroes and Monkey trying to beat the Kaiju and failing. Then Dexter ends up having to reveal his lab to his parents to get their help to form a voltron/megazord type mech to battle the Kaiju.
Dexter went to Japan. Ended up trying to show off his mech, turns out all the kids in Japan have a giant mech. They have a school yard mech fight, then the teacher uses her mech to schooled them; but then one of Dexter's pez rockets goes off and hits mt fuji and awakens a Kaiju.
