Pokémon - Fairy types as Ghost types

I feel like while some of these are cool, like the water voltorb, most of them suffer from being bland aesthetic changes a half-step above palette swaps rather than any kind of attempt to REINTERPRET the pokemon.

Like, how much more effective would it be if Jigglypuff gained wrinkles, hunch, and age, (and perhaps wigglytuff a flowing robe) to evoke the Banshee; the original idea of dangerous singing through something much more in line with the ghost type.

Comfey does at least appear to have been given lilies, the flower of mourning, but it could also have been arranged more like a wreath than a lei. Ralts could have sealing tags for its horns, showing that it's lowest form is the suppressed one.

The carbink is about as good as it will get… and spritzee was ALWAYS better designed for ghost type.
