Byleth's Smash DLC Announcement - smash fans are fickle creatures

You know it is possible to be glad Three Houses was a success and yet not want an eighth Fire Emblem character in Smash, right?

Also you have the whole situation with Sakurai saying they can't add Rex because his game is too recent

…..yet now we have a character being added whose game was even more recent. Like, to the point where he had to play early development versions of the game just to get a feel for the character.

The double standards are real.
