Slang Overload - 2020 Internet Slang

It's more like English is a living language in constant flux and motion. Neologisms and recontextualization are bound to happen.

And, let's be fucking honest, English as a language has always been kind of a mess in the first place. (what with a lot of arbitrary and inconsistent rules for pronunciation, amongst other downright odd quirks)

That's fine and good, but look at the terms in the image specifically and tell me they're enriching the language.

Except for Doge, who is a cultural touchstone.
