I have this 19 year old kid working for me and he had the nerve to accuse me of having "aggressive business practices." I don't know what that means but I made him follow me outside to the parking lot and I screamed at him in front of a lot of people. I didn't get this Rolex from putting up with b------- from 19 year olds. If you don't like raw aggression you shouldn't be working at build a bear. I told him to come in early tomorrow because l'm going to fire him and l'm going to film it. I'm a business owner (regional manager) and sometimes I have to take out the trash.
