Facebook records the Date/Time stamps of all entries. The FB account of the DPWH Central Office posted three photos with identical captions as shown here. Post #1 was stamped at 12:12pm, Sept 28 . This was deleted and replaced with Post #2 stamped at 12:29pm, Sept 28. While the caption mentioned 3 people, the photo showed only two with the one in red jacket missing. Also, the one in white polo barong has now a hard hat. Post #3 was stamped at 8:20pm, Sept 29 or 32 hours after the 1st posting. This photo shows the 3 DPWH officials as in Post #1, but with Manila Bay on the wrong side. On 9:37 pm, Sept 29, 2011- INQUIRER.net carried the press release where DPWH public relations officer Andro Santiago was quoted "After about two minutes, the photo was deleted. The official photo release was posted. Photoshop was not used. Walang Photoshop at hindi naretoke." Manila Bay is on thi side No hard hat POST Number QUESTIONS: 1) Why was the "official photo" posted 32 hours after the mistaken photo was deleted, if it is suppose to be available then? 2) Could it be that the 32 hours gap gave a chance for the 3 DPWH officials to "stage" a photo session so that the "photoshoppeď" photo can be realized without "retoke', except that they forgot to put Manila Bay on the RIGHT side? Wednesday. September 28. 2011 at 12:12pm 3) If this is the case, which is the bigger sin, the "photoshopped" photo done by some DPWH staffer or the photostaged" one done by DPWH officials?
