He said these comments were "sarcasm". So if you're saying he actually did mean it, you're saying he lied when he later said that. If, on the other hand, he was telling the truth when he said it was "sarcasm" then it means he wasn't describing an actual medical procedure – even if you can retroactively dredge up one which can be described in a way that superficially resembles his actual comment.

Of course, god only knows what this purported medical procedure would be, because this post provides no name, an incredibly vague description, and a contextless, sourceless image (of someone's arm, not of the lungs, which he was specifically discussing) and expects us to not only accept this all as true, but as the correct translation of the sequence of stammering half-sentences that Trump inadvertently belched up.

Since the OP couldn't be bothered, I isolated the photo above and did a reverse image search via Google. It's a shot from a nine second video clip that pans up from that image to an unidentified freestanding device, then further up to a freely hanging IV bag of unidentified fluid that that appears to be directly connected to the subject's arm by IV tubing and to nothing else (or at least that's the only tube of similar diameter and color in view). It has been reposted afresh by a few Twitter accounts, none of which appear to be the actual originators of the video.
The video is almost completely silent except a small amount of incidental ambient noise. Nothing in the video's description or content provides any commentary, explanation, context, or information.
The orange tube/wire bears a pretty uncanny resemblance to an electroluminescent wire.
