The scene was a parody of the ending to The Wizard of Oz. Rocko wakes up from a dream surrounded by the main cast and comments how each of them was there. He pauses for a second and says "I don't remember you," whereupon the camera pans to Joe Murray here (Rocko's creator) as he says "you're off-model."
