Sadly, she doesn't, it's only a few hundred polys.

This was just some guy taking her model, selecting her ass, and press "subdivide" a million times.

Even modern GPUs would struggle with 300k polys at the same time. (That being polygons + all the effects applies on each polygon such as light and shader effects)
