The dialogue above is the lyrics of "Cudzinka v tvojej zemi" a song with a Czech singer and a Slovak singer looking back with sadness on the dissolution of Czechoslovakia (source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5AGJiya-UY). Each of the singers speaks their own language and is unhappy that they do not understand the other's quite as well as they used to. The soyjaks' faces are the leaders of Czechia (Klaus) and Slovakia (Mečiar) at the time of the dissolution. The chads are Charles the Bald and Louis the German, brothers who each inherited a third of Charlemagne's empire and made a pact against the remaining brother. The dialogue below is the text of the oaths of Strasbourg, where each brother swears in the other's language (Romance/Germanic) so that the men on the other side would understand.
