I get the feeling this pic was made in "response" to all the people that try to make the argument that the police using tear gas and other dispersal methods are considered war crimes by the Geneva Convention as well, despite that argument being just as fallacious as the one presented here.

This isn't a war, and they aren't trained soldiers beholden to military law and doctrine.
