So when Luz blew up her only way to get back home, she freed Eda, King & Lilith from being pieces of palace decoration. No, the grey eyes aren't animation errors, but a sign of what Season 2 be like. Oh, and in case you're wondering, Eda 's Owl Beast form is no more (maybe), and now both sisters are now half-bound to the curse.
