Seeing a new reference to a decade-plus-old YTP is genuinely more heartwarming to me than any current event-relevant post could ever be; classic YTP defined my earliest experiences with the internet and continues to dominate my sense of humor to this day.

It's also good to see how something this specific has survived all this time and remains a recognizable reference, considering how many YTP videos have become lost over time.

Well damn, I went to look up and post the original video by Deepercutt for anyone curious, only to find out it's been taken down, and based on this reupload, rather recently. Hard to tell if the quality took a step down with that, or it was always this bad because old YTPs were like that. Makes me lament how one day the YT bots will eventually flag all those classic vids, and they'll be lost to time, like a poops in the pipe.
