I think the point of this edit is make fun of the fact that this is big moment of humanity for Robocop in which he remembers his real name.

But Robocop is a name he is actually called by, as in it's spoken in dialogue multiple times. The meme is supposed to create a quote from a title that is never spoken at any point in the movie.
