< Вack I placed an online order today and when I came to pick it up, I noticed the email confirmation said declined so I showed it to the new female security guard in order to enter but she said she would have to check with her manager named Nick. Nick came out and told me to wait in the line since my order was declined. I let him know that I was previously told to show the declined email to enter and choose another item. I told him would be very quick as I know exactly what I want because I choose from the same 5 options. Nick said he couldn't let me in that it wouldn't be fair to the customers waiting in line. That if the store wasn't so busy he'd let me through. I asked him what about me? I placed an online order and I drove down here not thinking there would be an issue to enter because I was following what was told to me. I said if I knew it would've been an issue I would've placed another order or monitored my emails at the very least so I wouldn't have to wait in line. I'm a regular customer but not anymore! I do not like feeling as though I am being discriminated against for whatever reason (maybe because I am an African American, idk) but I let Nick know that's what it feels like because l've never ever seen/ dealt with him or the new female security guard before this and I come every week. Nick said he's the manager and always in the back which would've been another reason to let me enter because clearly u aren't aware of how things are operating at the front desk. Good customer service would have been to let me enter and tell me that next time it would be up to the discretion of the security guard/ front desk depending on how busy the store is. As a manager, Nick could have easily handled the situation better instead of telling me they're busy and it's not fair to other customers to let me "cut" the line. As I left he told me to "have a good day" as if he has good customer service. This is the 2nd time l've come in here and felt like the customer service towards me is not ok. deserve to be treated with respect regardless of how "busy" the store is.
