Either:
1: Ponies actually don't speak English and we're technically watching a dub,
2: There is an archaic language in Equestria that exists alongside English and it is used much like Latin was in academia during the Enlightenment (this is more likely considering we've seen English in the show before),

and thus, "SIHOVI" is an English cognate for "Sisterhooves," and "IVCIOVCNO" simply means "social." Alternatively, like in Latin, the Vs could be Us and it would be rendered "SIHOUI" and "IUCIOUCNO," the later being a lot easier to pronounce.
