***** a year ago I'm baffled. Showed up at 9:15 pm, doors are open and they don't close until 10:00 pm. We walk in and are waiting for about 5 min. Hostess shows up, says just a minute, and goes to the back. Then the manager comes out and says they can't serve us. I ask why not, he says they closed early. I ask about the people in the restaurant eating. He says nope, can't serve you. Funny thing is, everyone working and everyone eating there looked Hispanic. And we are white.

Lengthy Google Review for the place I work because this person was told to wear a mask to pick up their food. | /r/FuckYouKaren

3 weeks ago I am a two time a month customer.. I always place an order that I pick up. Never have I had to wear a mask inside the store in order to get my food. Well today I walk in the store like normal and get told by the guy pulling pizza boxes that I have to wear a mask in the store.. It caught me off guard and so I told him my name and that I was just there to pick up my order that I prepaid for real quick and leave. He then recited some numbers telling me it was a requirement to wear a mask in the store.. I said fine l'll step outside and you can just bring my order to me.. Side note there used to be a table outside where they would put your order for you to take but has been removed for some time now.. So I stand outside and was ignored by the workers and after a few minutes and the guy realizing I wasn't leaving came to the door and began once again reciting the mask wearing policy.. I told him that he's standing close enough to me to just hand my order but he refused to do so and then told me I wasn't allowed to just stand outside of the store.. I asked him if I could pull my shirt over my nose and mouth and he said no.. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager.. I am completely outraged at this point at this persons lack of common sense and rigidity.. Out of frustration and the fact that I had already paid for this order I finally just left and found a mask, went back to the store and picked up my food.. There is a complete lack of common sense going on here that I just can't deal with.. Im sure no one from the store will care enough to do anything so I will take my twice a month business elsewhere. claims to offer to bring you your food when you pull up but they dont. They used to have a no touch set your food on a table where you can get it without a mask but they stopped and now their $10 a hour jokeof a store manager will hassle the customers instead of applying common sense customer service.. Goodbye I'm done with you!
