January 6th, 2021, Storming of the United States Capitol - In reference to the insurrectionist with the zip tie cuffs

I got a pack for cord management after seeing this picture:

but the guy in the Capitol had zip-tie style handcuffs like these:

So he was either planning to take prisoners or have kinky sex.

While this is anecdotal, neither I nor most of the people I know have zip ties. They are not something that most people have.
