I would have been happy to articulate these reasons to you while you were in salon, but I can tell that you prefer to complain anonymously. If you are the client who refused to mask up on Friday, then you were in no place mentally to have a meaningful and respectful exchange of information anyway. Regardless, we strive to make everyone feel comfortable as we ride the tail end of this pandemic. If you feel that you are above personal responsibility or respect for anyone else, then if not your salon.
