We got a Raiden in a sombrero and poncho in Revengeance. I do not doubt that there's a chance we could've gotten kitten-maid Raiden in the sequel that will never happen because Konami is awful.

Would pay tribute to the invincible cat from the game, as well as be a great pairing for Bladewolf.
