The difference is that "boycotting China" is effectively impossible. Not so with the other options listed, including Israel.

Though to be fair, I'm not sure how you would go about "boycotting Israel". I know some Israeli owned companies but they're not the kind of place your average consumer buys from, unless you're in the market for ankle bracelets for parolees.

Or… your problem is that you don't always think things through to extend your logic train for one issue into the rest of your life in a universally consistent manner. So, you know, most humans. I guess it's spicier to assume inherent malice, though.
