Trying to think back, in general I don't think the movie was even that bad. Especially compared to how future Live-action Disney movies go. Plus, the video game adaptation was phenomenal.

I haven't watched Cruella, but if it's anything like maleficent where they want you to sympathies with a wana-be PUPPY MURDERER then yeah I'd say this meme is accurate.
