Also, would like to give a sincere thank you to any and all First Responders that live in Pine Ridge. They continue to service all of us and our community and we are very grateful. And for all those brave souls that have to work with grocery stores, etc. We also thank you as well. During these unusual times, while so many are staying home, we have been blessed with great weather, so it's been wonderful to see so many people walking, running or riding bikes in the subdivision again and would be an ideal time to spruce up our own yards and the neighborhood. As we all know that not only is this virus a health issue, but an economic issue as well. With that being said, we all know that one of all of our biggest financial assets is our home/property. It is proven that curb appeal increases the value of properties by 7- 11%. That could be a $20,000 or more return for residents We would like to rally everyone during this time to clean up our yards/frontages. Much can be done by plain labor and some elbow grease. Most of us have time on our hands and it's a great way to exercise physically and mentally. However, if you need help or support to do so, we have noticed on the Next Door website, people are advertising to do such work as yards, pressure washing and tree removal, etc..'m sure their prices are negotiable during these times. Let's all take advantage of this time working together for the better of each neighbor and clean up Pine Ridge... Thanks in advance for your support and cooperation Your Pine Ridge Neighbors

Are you concerned about living in a high Fire Danger Area with people who have a complete disregard for your safety? Our Community may have many Veterans who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, which can trigger the nightmares of a rocket attack. Should they be forced to suffer? As we all know, people shooting off fireworks gets worse every year. What gives them the right to explode rockets over our homes, terrify our pets, and traumatize our veterans? More precious pets are lost around 4h of July than any other time of year. LAPD can't be everywhere. This year will be different. We need volunteers who are fed up and willing to do something. The offenders will be reported to LAPD and the City Attorney's Office. Your identity is protected. What I need from you: 1. Get the address where the offender is shooting Fireworks. Let me know If it's an apartment building. If you can ID the offender, please include their name. 2. Describe the location, If you don't know the street address, please give the cross streets, if you know their vehicle please include a license plate. 3. Video or photos? The only mask effective at stopping a virus is the N95, and even this is not 100% effective. Please seek to understand that nega safe from a virus by wearing a paper, plastic, or cotton mask. Please seek to understand thet this virus, which according to the CDC has a less then 2% mortality rate, is being used as a politicał tool to divide and polarize peopie, families and communities. The general population of benevolent, kind hearted and caring people is being purposefully manipulated in order to destabilize society, shutter local economies and small businesses such as your own, eliminate access to broad and sweeping ranges of legitimate information, and to upend life as we know it. your bookstore because entire life. I did not vote for Trump. I am also part of the rapidly Today when I chose to leave your store I felt alienated, isolated and deeply saddened to be turned away. The lockdowns were certainly not just about "death due to covid". I found your window book display ironic, because before long, if we allow this bizarre agenda to manifest into complete fruition, there will be a new form of "separate but equal", a new form of segregation., a new version of "JID Crow". Forgive the anonymity of this correspondence. There is so much hate and derision, so many accusations and ugly assumptions made about those who do not believe in "the mask", or the safety of the not FDA approved experimental "vaccines", that I do not feel comfortable revealing my identity or contact information.
