Here in Germany the slogan "Death Penalty for Child Rapists" is a well known code word for Neo-Nazis, it works well as a dog whistle because the statement by itself would find broad acceptance (child rape is bad after all). But Neo Nazis are also the only major group advocating for a reintroduction of the death penalty.

Child pornography, the production and sale of it, is also a large aspect on how Neo Nazis crime organizations make their money. The NSU (National Socialist Underground), a Neo Nazi terror cell, made their money that way.

So yes, the more a group shouts to "kill all pedos". The more it likely harbors them.
