This is the guy, or at least the story of this image is identical, I remember the whole video and seconds before this the guy's dog runs off after the roo has it in a headlock.
The actual vid of this is a lot more graphic and more accurately lays out the situation. The dog was very injured within the kangaroo's headlock, and the guy punches it to scare it off.
