Superman being Bi happened on the same day on National Coming Out Day, so I will not find it surprising that it's used as a publicity stunt and not actually Superman organically developing bi-sexuality.

It's just gonna be one moment where Superman goes gay and was never mentioned since.

Same goes to The Gardener and Ivy lesbian relationship, it's been reduced to a throwaway line nowadays.
Or Alan Scott (Green Lantern) coming out as gay and then was never mentioned ever again afaik.

Pretty non-controversial especially compared to other things said about what various Superman versions are into.

Such as pretty blatantly saying he wants to bang his cousin.
