Size Purist, Tech Rebel.
The mecha must be bigger than the pilot, otherwise it's a power armor.
It can be non mechanical or organic, or mechs such as Dunbine or Rahxephon falls out.

I am probably a size purist, and tech neutral, but leaning toward purist. The guy from Ratatouille is not a mech.
