CommaHoarder 19m If he didn't have a lot to work with I question the charges he brought. His case today was: 1. why did you shoot someone trying to take your gun from you after threatening to kill you 2. why did you shoot someone hitting you with a blunt object 3. why did you shoot someone who only pointed a pistol at your head 4. why didn't you render medical aid to anyone while a mob was attempting to kill you And 5) why did you value your own life over those individuals who were attacking you. That's a really bad case to bring.

I was curious so I watched both the CNN's and FOX's take on it and BOTH of their so called "experts" were wondering what the prosecution was doing. Like I never seen both sides agree on anything, but both were wonder what was the prosecution thinking when asking these questions.
