Honestly Steven Universe just makes me sad thinking about it. It had genuine potential but it just meandered so much with pointless townie filler that when the story actually happened it basically had to rush itself to be over. Knowing that they were planning on making episodes further exploring stuff like Diamond origins, Lars and Emerald, and the Rhodonite episode that was apparently being scrapped for "not being relevant to the plot." Come the fuck on.
