If your child is locked out of their apartment, our Lock-Out Emergencies Policies applies. Additionally, a parent must be contacted before a child is permitted back into their apartment. Two members of the Management Office will accompany the child in a lock- out emergency. It is also against policy per your lease agreement to allow children to run and play in the hallways. This is a safety issue as well as a noise issue; your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Common areas are for the use and enjoyment of all residents at the community, Misconduct by any resident, occupant or guest will be subject to being removed from the common areas and such conduct will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions of the lease.
