Reposted Costco “Mask Off" today. Where: When: all day. Rules: 1) Do not state you are with a group. You are just an individual who wants to shop and breathe free without being harassed. 2) Interaction: however you want. Eg, a) go in with a mask and take it off later. b) go in without a mask and blast by them as they demand you put a mask on. ONCE IN-STORE: Options: If they ask you to put a mask on, a) put up a fight b) put the mask on and take it off 20 seconds later (keep doing this throughout your trip) CHECK OUT: Your easiest bet is to go to the 4 self-checkout registers on the far left. IF THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHECK OUT WITHOUT A MASK, GIVE THEM RESISTANCE (Firm, but kind). If they still refuse: LEAVE YOUR CART there and let them unpack it. WALK OUT OF THE STORE. I think there may be as many as 100 people already signed up today for this. Imagine that they have to spend ALL day telling 100 people to put the mask back on or ALL day emptying out 100 carts (esp with frozen foods). It WILL have an impact.
