2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine - This is what Russian nationalists literally actually believe.

Russia's defense strategy of nuclear deterrent threats are nothing new but the increasing number of Russian pundits clamoring to use a first strike with no expectation of retaliation on Ukraine, the baltics, or Poland scares me.

Russian nationalism is a problem I've been starting to notice ever since this war begun , I started looking at stuff both during and post soviet union, and I cannot belive there's genuinely a good portion of russians who just want their little empire they dont care what kind(communist , regular , monarchist , ect.) of empire , they just want one and they are willing to do anything just to make sure their little "statues" as a "super power" doesnt go away , they cheerish those times russia was an empire and those times russia was feared as the soviet union, they dont care what they did , they just cared they had an empire , so scared of loosing this super power status to "the west" or whatever enemy they might have, priced be dammed.

Now , gotta be clear here , this is not all russians , hell , this is not even the majority of russians(I would like to belive) , but it is a sizeable number of them, and this worries me , because even if putin just gets up and fucking dies, there is a genuine change another "RUSSIAN EMPIRE YEAH !!! RUSSIA SUPER POWER YEAH!!!" guy/gal might just take his place , and that scares me.
